About us

Meet Natalie, our founder and leader, who started cheerleading at 12 and has been part of the cheerleading community for 19 years.

Outside of cheerleading, she’s also a proud mum to two beautiful girls who also love cheerleading. Natalie’s achievements are nothing short of inspiring. She has earned countless State and National championship titles and coached multiple teams to their own State and National victories. She’s also led two teams to secure Worlds bids and coached the first-ever Junior Team Australia, selected to represent the country at the ICC World Championships in 2020.

Beyond coaching, Natalie has competed twice at the World Championships in Level 5 and at the Dance Worlds in Pom. At just 18, she turned her passion into Highrise, creating a space where athletes can grow, achieve, and share her love for the sport. In 2025 Natalie is still setting new goals, creating unforgettable memories, and rising together nearly 20 years on.
